Customer Service Technical Representative Aluminum Can Were looking for a Technical Representative with Customer Service & Aluminum Can experience. The position reports to the Customer & Product Quality Assurance Manager. -Position is responsible for customer technical service for aluminum can-sheet.
Key Qualifications
- 5+ years of Aluminum can & lid manufacturing knowledge
- Data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Rigid Container Sheet (RCS) manufacturing process knowledge
- RCS metallurgy knowledge
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Interpersonal astuteness
- Negotiations skills
- Has strong interpersonal skills and works well with Customers.
- Ability to well represent the company.
- Technical face that they get to know and work closely with Quality & Commercial organization.
- Must be able to travel when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- This position interacts with plant personnel and customers to resolve product-related technical issues.
- The position leads efforts to solve product performance issues, determine root causes, and provides information to the manufacturing locations to facilitate root cause problem-solving.
- In addition, this position is an advocate and change agent for product changes that increase customer satisfaction and/or reduce operating costs.
- Identify, drive, and/or facilitate product changes through commercialization.
- Works with customers during process upset conditions; minimize financial impact.
- Resolve customer quality issues efficiently and process claims.
- Leads and/or participates in effective root cause problem-solving Identifies, evaluates, and/or implements initiatives that result in win-win for the company and the customer.
- Establishes relationships at various levels at customer plants.
