Job Duties: Build infrastructure and improve our compensation processes by enhancing and implementing compensation philosophy and strategy and ensure FalconX is competitive as we seek to hire and recognize exceptional talent. Conduct market and peer equity analysis as part of ongoing performance management and compensation processes, conduct ad-hoc compensation studies upon request (e.g. benchmarking), and clearly communicate and share outcomes of the analysis and findings. Work closely with the global compensation team to execute adjustments to ensure our current employees are properly aligned with our agreed upon compensation philosophy, market conditions, and internal peer equity. Serve as a key business partner to develop a comprehensive understanding of our business, align to business priorities including effectively identifying, and diagnosing internal blockers, and providing clear recommendations to help business leaders make informed and sound compensation related decisions for better resolutions. Lead the end-to-end annual compensation planning, analytics/modeling, and reporting process for HR partners and the business, partnering closely with internal stakeholders in finance. Telecommuting and remote employment permitted. Salary: $179,000 - $205,850.

Minimum Requirements: Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Human Resources Management and Development, or a related field and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or related position.

Special Skill Requirements: at least one (1) year of experience in each of the following skills: 1.) Compensation Benchmarking; 2.) Big Query for Data Analysis; 3.) Build and Design Compensation Philosophy by Analyzing Market Compensation Data; 4.) Compensation Analysis including base pay, variable pay and equity; 5.) Market and peer equity analysis; 6.) Compensation modeling and simulations; and 7.) Tableau Data Visualization. Telecommuting and remote employment permitted.
