Teacher - Special Education Facilitator (Walterboro, SC) Under limited supervision, actively supports the assigned school(s) to ensure that a strong commitment to improving academic and social achievement of students with disabilities. Collaborates with appropriate individuals so that the educational needs of students with disabilities are appropriately addressed and ensures compliance with district procedures as well as applicable federal and state laws. Reports to the Coordinator of Special Services. Masters degree or equivalent in Special Education, Speech Pathology, or related special services field. 2 years of classroom teaching experience in Special Education.
