We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Landscape Business Developer** to join our team. This role will focus on generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving growth in our landscaping division.



**Key Responsibilities:**


- **Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities**: Proactively generate leads and target potential clients in both residential and commercial sectors.

- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

- **Market Research**: Conduct thorough research on the local landscape market, competitors, and customer trends to identify growth opportunities.

- **Sales Presentations & Proposals**: Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our landscaping services.

- **Contract Negotiation**: Work closely with clients to negotiate contracts that meet both their needs and company objectives.

- **Networking**: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our services and expand our client base.

- **Collaboration with Operations Team**: Work closely with the landscape design and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.



**Skills and Qualifications:**


- **Proven Sales Experience**: At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in landscaping, construction, or real estate industries.

- **Knowledge of Landscaping Services**: A strong understanding of landscaping design, installation, and maintenance services is preferred.

- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively present services and negotiate contracts.

- **Self-Starter**: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results.

- **Client-Centered Approach**: A passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.

- **Strong Negotiation Skills**: Ability to negotiate contracts and close deals.

- **Networking Abilities**: Comfortable attending industry events and engaging in client meetings.

- **Valid Drivers License**: Required to visit job sites and meet with clients.
