Type of Hire: Temp to Hire

Title: Service Technician

Location: Santa Maria CA/Paso Robles CA

Work Schedule: Monday- Friday and occasional Saturday’s

Compensation: $22-$32

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
 The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various equipment and systems. Key responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair equipment and systems as required.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure equipment longevity.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Adhere to all safety and regulatory guidelines.

Required Skills:
- Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the specific industry or equipment relevant to the role.
- Certification or technical training in relevant fields.
