Job Duties

Hiring and training onshore and offshore QA and Devops engineers. Leading QA and Infrastructure teams, setting goals for team members and conducting performance appraisals. Participating and conducting various meetings such as audit review, weekly status, sprint planning, retrospective, and product demo. Performing various QA activities including creation of Master test plans, developing test environments, test execution, performance and security testing, defect tracking, help team to come up with automation frameworks, and follow up on release processes. Collaborating with product development teams and with customers to troubleshoot, debug and fix customer reported issues. Managing AWS and Azure accounts including users, roles, budget, and various services. Leading the team to deliver Cloud and Docker releases. Setting up Docker and Kubernetes Environments, ECR, EKS for Product development and testing. Performing various DevOps activities including management of CI/CD tools to build and release pipelines and system management. Researching and analyzing

new tools for product improvements and automation and perform POCs. Creating and reviewing Product Documentation, readme, and release notes documents.

Job Requirements

Position requires a Bachelor’s or foreign degree equivalent in Electrical Engineering or related field, plus five (5) years of post-baccalaureate, progressive work experience in job offered or a related occupation. Stated experience must include:

1. Manual Testing: Functional, Regression, Performance & Integration Testing;
2. Test Automation: Selenium, Protractor, SOAP UI, QF Test;
3. Bug Tracking and Project Management: JIRA, Confluence;
4. Creating Pipelines using Jenkins and deployment using Docker;
5. Deployments on AWS Cloud; and
6. Database: RDBMS and NoSQL databases.
