In Andover, providing direction, guidance and training to QC analysts on, as well as independently performing the following: routine and non-routine analysis of GMP, ISO and non-GMP materials including: raw materials, in-process and finished formulations and in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs). Perform method validations and troubleshoot issues in at least one area of expertise. Compile data for documentation of test procedures and prepare reports and calibrates and maintains lab equipment. Provide input to QC Management for Analysts’ performance reviews as requested. Conduct tests and calibrations, as well as evaluating results related to GMP, ISO, and non-GMP materials and products as appropriate. These include following documented procedures, documenting test data as required, and utilizing various techniques to characterize organic and inorganic chemicals. These techniques include NMR, LC/MS, ICP-MS, GC/MS, GC, HPLC, FT-IR, and wet chemistry tests. Additionally, writing test procedures as needed, and calibrating and maintaining lab equipment using knowledge and experience in NMR. As a subject matter expert in at least one area of analytical techniques, provide input to assigned QC Management for QC Analysts’ performance reviews upon request.
PhD in Chemistry or equivalent using a credential evaluation agency.
