Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by managing inventory, processing shipments, and maintaining a safe working environment. Duties

Perform picking and packing of orders accurately to ensure timely shipment.
Manage inventory control processes, including receiving shipments, conducting regular stock counts, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring all incoming and outgoing goods are processed correctly.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations and improve workflow.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating heavy equipment.
Qualifications

Previous experience in warehouse management or similar roles is preferred.
Proficiency in operating forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, or other heavy equipment is highly desirable.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and practices.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks as required.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
