SALES DIRECTOR (Boca Raton, FL)
Our client is a leading provider of consumer, business-to-business, and industrial digital imaging solutions to the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean markets.
They are currently seeking a US-based Sales Director, responsible to drive and develop their business across US, Canada, LATAM and South America.
This position offers a hybrid work schedule, requiring 3 days in the office / 2 days out. Based on business needs, office attendance may be affected and requirements may change.
Responsibilities
Drive and develop business performance across multiple geographical regions, assuring performance is in line with strategic planning via all sales channels
Manage and run the product groups U.S. sales organization while developing additional business
Manage products partner and customer base while concurrently expanding
Expand current relationships by onboarding new value-added resellers, business process outsources and service centers
Develop long-term plans and execution for success across all sales channels
Measure success and achievements through KPIs
Run campaigns in collaboration with brands partners and establish development plans accordingly
Proficient across all B2B channels to hit established goals
Be a change agent, identifying and driving changes and bringing them to fruition
Work collaboratively across internal business units across Europe and the U.S.
Be a voice and active participant within the Executive Management Team
Qualifications
BS Degree in either Engineering, Business, or Computer Science, OR commercial training with relevant professional experience in account management.
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience selling software solutions at the executive level, several of which are at the management level
Proven leadership track record, working successfully within management circles, employees, and teams
Successful track record in business planning, development, and risk management
Technically proficient in SAP, Microsoft 365 Dynamics, in addition to other ERP products; knowledge of CRM and parallel applications
Ability to motivate team and colleagues while remaining agile
Experience negotiating contracts, specifically within the Americas
Travel as required
Salary: $150,000-$175,000 plus $50K additional/potential compensation
