- Manage Regulatory Compliance and ensure adherence to FMVSS and DOT regulations for safe and reliable vehicle operation.
What you need for consideration to become an Electrical Engineering Manager:
- A degreed Electrical Engineer with a proven track record of leading electrical engineering teams.
- 7 years managing Electrical Engineering teams.
- A problem-solver with expertise in A3, 8D, or similar methodologies.
- A technical communicator, adept at conveying complex ideas verbally and in writing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A safety-conscious individual committed to a behavioral-based safety approach.
The position is located in central Michigan and is not a hybrid role.
