On behalf of our client, a global diverse independent oil and gas company, we are seeking a Global Digital Solutions Integrations Supervisor to contribute to and execute our Digital & Integration strategy. The ideal candidate will be passionate about solving business problems, exploring new digital avenues, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver optimal solutions that drive operational efficiency and revenue optimization.

Location: Houston, TX (onsite 3-4 days)

This full-time role is expected to pay about $140-150k annually plus a leading benefits package.

What You Will Do:

• Lead the analysis of complex business problems and develop optimal solutions leveraging Upstream business software and digital apps.
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs, provide recommendations, and present key messages with confidence.
• Design end-to-end, composable, and supportable solutions that align with business requirements and architectural standards.
• Evaluate technology platforms and recommend fit-for-purpose tools, conducting proofs of concept (POCs) to assess feasibility.
• Drive innovation by challenging the status quo and introducing experimental, out-of-the-box solutions.
• Ensure compliance with audit and control requirements while managing relationships with auditors.
• Oversee service partner management, ensuring day-to-day support and enhancements are effectively managed.

What Gets You The Job: 

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in digital solutions design and integrations, including 6 years in a supervisory role.
• At least 3 years of experience in the Upstream Oil & Gas industry with SAP.
• Expertise in microservices architecture, cloud-native frameworks (SAP BTP, Azure), and non-functional requirements (NFRs).
• Experience in web and mobile development, integrations, workflow management, and event-driven development.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, React, and Node, along with DevOps tools like CI/CD and containerized deployments.
• Strong communication skills for effectively translating technical details to both leadership and development teams.
