Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and experience in interpreting and analyzing complex data sets. You will be responsible for providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to support business decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies and decisions.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar to communicate findings effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Conduct data quality checks and ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of data across various sources.
Prepare detailed documentation of data sources, methodologies, and analytical processes to support transparency and reproducibility.
Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and meetings.
Assist in the development of data models and data mining strategies to improve data retrieval and reporting processes.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analysis, visualization, and business intelligence.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and experience in related field.
2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
Proficient in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create insightful reports and dashboards.
Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, or similar).
Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
Knowledge of machine learning techniques and predictive modeling is a plus.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is advantageous.
