Product Manager

Responsibilities:
Establish product strategy, including performing market research, competitive analysis, and setting product goals and objectives; Collect input and feedback from stakeholders, customers, and team members to determine what features and improvements are needed; Develop product roadmaps outlining the release schedule for new features and enhancements in alignment with business objectives and market needs; Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to ensure alignment with product vision and that the product is developed effectively; Oversee the introduction of new features by detailing plans and specifications encompassing the manner, location, and timing of each component's functionality; Develop user flows, prototypes, concepts, wireframes, epics, and other related materials to guide the user experience design and development process; Coordinate product releases, including beta testing, QA, and launch plans; Promote the product through creating marketing materials, giving presentations, and creating onboarding documentation for future customers. Position will be headquartered in Thousand Oaks, CA but is a telecommuting position, allowing for remote employment from various unanticipated worksites throughout the United States.

Educ./experience:
Master’s degree or foreign education equivalent in Management with a specialization in Business Management or a related field plus one (1) year of post-baccalaureate experience in the field of product management. Experience must include JIRA, Agile Methodologies, Business Model Canvas, Minimum Viable Product (MVP), Jobs-To-Be-Done (JTBD), and Customer Journey Map (CJM). Position will be headquartered in Thousand Oaks, CA but is a telecommuting position, allowing for remote employment from various unanticipated worksites throughout the United States.

Salary: $130,707 to $135,000 per year
