Job title – Director, Consulting Services
Job duties
Advise on staffing/accounting management, resources prioritization and business forecasting. Support and implement corporate initiatives to improve efficiency and profitability. Meet professional services revenue and profit quotas while managing P&L. Provide support, both tactical and strategic, in achieving sales quota. Manage consulting resources. Conduct recruiting and growth of the consulting organization. Develop and maintain world-class consulting processes and personnel. Provide delivery management to ensure customer satisfaction. Interact with consultants, Directors, Sales Staff & Management, Technology, Product Management, Technical Services in the course of daily business. Domestic travel is required 25% of the time for client/customer meetings.

Education and Experience required
Seven (7) years of experience as a Business Development Analyst, Business Development Manager, or any occupation responsible for information technology services business development. Employer will also accept Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or closely related field, plus five (5) years of experience as a Business Development Analyst, Business Development Manager, or any occupation responsible for information technology services business development in lieu of 7 years of experience.

Background
5 years of experience in business optimization and business management.
5 years of experience in business deal negotiation.
5 years of experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
5 years of experience with ATS such as Bullhorn.
5 years of experience with LinkedIn Sales, Dice & Monster.
3 years of experience in strategic goal setting.
3 years of experience in strategic management.
3 years of experience in project management.
3 years of experience in analytics.

Rate of Pay: $185,000 to $231,500 per year
