Role Overview

As a Data Analyst at The Pharmacy Group, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex healthcare data to support strategic business initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  Data Analysis & Reporting:
  Analyze healthcare and pharmacy-related data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in patient services and business operations.

  Data Visualization:
  Create clear, concise, and impactful dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar software to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.

  Performance Monitoring:
  Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to pharmacy operations, patient outcomes, and financial performance, providing regular updates to leadership.

  Data Quality & Integrity:
  Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data by conducting thorough validation, cleaning, and cross-referencing of datasets.

  Collaborative Support:
  Work closely with the pharmacy operations, clinical, and finance teams to understand data requirements and provide insights that support business decisions.

  Predictive Modeling & Forecasting:

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Healthcare Management, or a related field.


• 2+ years of experience in a data analysis role.


• Experience working with healthcare data and knowledge of HIPAA regulations is a strong advantage.


• Proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization techniques.


• Experience with data management systems and CRM platforms.
