Role Description



This is a part-time REMOTE role for a Mortgage Loan Officer at Loan Factory. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for originating and underwriting mortgage loans, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring compliance with lending regulations.



Responsibilities



Conduct interviews with loan applicants
Understand and assess applicants' financial needs and creditworthiness
Provide recommendations on loan types, terms, and features
Guide applicants in obtaining required documents
Communicate effectively with underwriters for smooth loan processing


Qualifications



Experience in Loan Officers and Mortgage Lending
Knowledge of the Mortgage Industry and Underwriting
Strong Customer Service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Detail-oriented and organized
Experience in underwriting mortgage loans is a plus
Must have MLO Licensure
