JOB TITLE:
Business Intelligence Analyst

JOB DUTIES:
Analyze and manage system data repositories, maintain data consistency, and accuracy across all data sources; Work with users and clients to understand reporting requirements and deliver high-quality analytics through well-architected reporting that will enable better outcomes; Provide analytical support to enable dynamic feed scheme to load and analyze users’ or clients’ data using the company’s Analytical Use Cases; Conduct customer utilization research to help better understand user behaviors and how to improve user engagement through platform design; Design and improve ongoing reporting and analysis processes, automating or simplifying self-service support for customers; Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains through data analysis; Communicate with customers, competitors, suppliers to stay abreast of industry or business trends.

REQUIREMENT:
Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.

SCHEDULE:
Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
40 hours per week
