Our Consumer Financial Services practice group is seeking a Washington state barred Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 3 to 5 years of state and federal court litigation experience, including experience involving retail bank litigation (UCC, EFTA, garnishments, etc.); auto finance litigation, credit card litigation, and mortgage litigation. Candidates must have excellent academic and professional credentials, superior research and writing ability, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills. Clerkship experience is preferred.
We are open to candidates working from one of our West Coast offices or working remotely from Washington state. Candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the Washington state bar. Candidates must also be admitted and actively barred in the state in which they live. Admissions to other bars a plus.

The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $160,000, dependent on years of experience and geographic location.
