Americas Best Value Inn, Novato is seeking a team member to join our Front Desk department.

Position: Part-time, Graveyard (Midnight - 8 am)
Must be available to work on weekends and holidays

The following scope of duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Greeting all guests
Responding to all phone calls appropriately
Taking and making reservations
Checking in guests
Maintaining a clean and organized lobby
Reporting to General Manager/Maintenance any conditions that need immediate attention.

Education, Qualifications & Skills Required:

Related experience in a fast-paced environment; experience in hospitality settings preferred.
Strong internal/external customer relations skills required to communicate effectively with all levels of management, employees, and customers.
Effective calendar management and follow up skills.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Outgoing personality with a friendly attitude
Customer service oriented
Problem resolution skills
Dependable and punctual
