Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our  team. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You will provide exceptional customer service and ensure our clients' HVAC systems are running efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork in residential properties.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
- Communicate with customers to understand their HVAC needs and provide recommendations.
- Keep accurate records of all work performed and materials used.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Participate in an on-call rotation  to provide emergency HVAC services.
- Maintain the company-provided truck and ensure it is stocked with necessary tools and parts.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest HVAC technologies and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or formal apprenticeship preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Technician, preferably in a residential setting.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and repair techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to perform job-related tasks, including lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces.
