We are seeking a Board-Certified Physician for a locum tenens opportunity near Fort Wayne, IN(link removed) This position involves conducting a combination of General Medicine and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) exams. This role is ideal for physicians who want to work in a non-treatment capacity, providing critical evaluations for Veterans. The position is PRN, meaning it will be on an as-needed basis, with flexible scheduling options available.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a combination of General Medicine and Traumatic Brain Injury exams for Veterans.


• Conduct non-treatment C&P (Compensation & Pension) exams and separation health assessments(link removed)>
  
• Exams are interview-based, with some physical assessment required (e.g., range of motion, muscle strength testing).


• Submit standardized Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) within 48 hours after completing each exam.


• No prescribing and no ongoing treatment required.

Schedule:

• PRN basis with ongoing need for coverage.

• State License: Active Indiana license required.
