Key Responsibilities:

Client Representation: Assist buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of properties, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to determine property values, market trends, and competitive pricing strategies.
Property Listings: Create and manage property listings, including taking photographs, writing descriptions, and promoting listings through various channels.
Negotiation: Negotiate offers and counteroffers between buyers and sellers to achieve the best possible outcome for clients.

Qualifications:

Valid real estate license in Arizona
