Design and implement a culling-edge technical data strategy focusing on multi-vector analysis using advanced natural language processing and machine learning techniques. Lead the development of data engineering solutions, integrating software development practices for structured and unstructured data. Integrate software development methodologies and best practices Into data engineering processes to ensure efficient and scalable solutions. Collaborate with teams to streamline the Integration of data engineering solutions into broader software ecosystems. Lead the development and enhancement of scalable and efficient data engineering Infrastructure, Incorporating software development principles. Provide hands-on guidance to the team on advanced data sourcing, engineering techniques, and software development for their specific use cases. Requires: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Information Sciences or related field plus two (2) years of experience as an Assistant Vice President (Data Engineering) or related occupation performing data engineering within an international bank or international financial services organization. Demonstrated Expertise (quantitative experience requirements not applicable to this section): Demonstrated expertise (DE) in regulatory compliance and advanced data engineering, with a focus on developing and maintaining holistic supervisory and surveillance platforms; (DE) with software development in languages such as Python, Java, or bash; (DE) application of natural language processing, machine learning techniques, and advanced data analytics; (DE) with project management, including technical projects and delivering solutions on time; and (DE) with data reporting and visualization using tools Tableau and PowerBI.
