Oversee recruiting/hiring local team to handle sales & related function to expand biz opportunities. Own & review budgets for product/project dvlpmnt & ensure budgets align w/strategic objectives/goals. May telecommute 3 days/week from Dallas,TX area. Travel to company HQ in Sugar Land,TX 2-3 times/month. Travel throughout US, India, Caribbean, South America & other regions as needed about 4-5 times/year.
