Job Description
We are looking for talented call center survey agents to perform outbound surveys with respondents and accurately record their answers. These phone interviews range in topics from politics to customer satisfaction and beyond. The opinions you collect, and record are sent to our clients to help them make more informed business decisions. No sales or collections involved!

· Base wage of $11.00/hr.
· $12.00 for Bilingual or French agents after certification process
· Flexible part-time personalize schedules within company operating hours
· Performance bonuses
· We will train the right candidate
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish or French fluently is a plus
- Ability to record accurate and thorough answers using computer software
- Basic computer/typing skills
Hours of Operation - Day Shift
Monday – Friday 7am -3pm|* Saturday 9am – 4pm|* Sunday 2pm -8pm
