Good Shepherd Fairview Home is looking to add some Full-time nights and Part-time Day and evening HHA's to our excellent Nursing team.





New increased starting wages, overtime paid after 8 hours, generous shift differentials and double time for Holidays.

1. Assist residents with activities of daily living as directed by the Individualized Service Plan, including but not limited to:*

• Personal hygiene

• Dressing

• Toileting

• Grooming

• 2. Cue/Assist residents with health related tasks as directed by the Individualized Service Plan

3. Participate in Therapeutic Recreation programs as needed.



4. Documents care provided in a timely manner as directed by ACF Nurse.



5. Maintains client confidentiality

6. Assist residents with medication administration including distribution of medications in a timely and safe manner and timely ordering of medications

7. Assist residents with doctor ordered treatments, including, but not limited to: Skin care, Nourishments, and timely ordering of treatment supplies.

8. Observing and reporting to the ACF Nurse any changes in the residents’ physical and/or mental status*

9. Ensuring a safe environment, including but not limited to: Maintaining cleanliness, observing principles of accident prevention, and observing appropriate safety guidelines including HAZCOM and Universal Precautions. *

10. Participate in Resident Individualized Service Plan process.
