Manage, administer Microsoft Office 365, Azure, AWS VPC, EC2, S3, Exchange online platform. Install, setup, and monitor network (LAN)/WAN (Wide Area Network) and Virtual Infrastructure including support and implementation of file servers and network environment at the NYC Office and remote locations. Support the user community through user access management, problem troubleshooting, software installation, onsite support coordination, and call resolution tracking. Provide input on network strategies and investigate and recommend solutions. Perform a variety of maintenance, evaluation, installation, and training tasks to ensure LAN and Virtual infrastructure performance meets company and user requirements.
