As a valued Customer Service Representative, you will be the first line of communication for our customers and will become the trusted face of our company. Job Responsibilities:


  • Interact with customers by answering phone calls promptly, responding to emails and phone messages within 24 hours. 

  • Resolve complaints and customer problems in an efficient and friendly manner with the primary goal of satisfying their needs and continuing to earn their business.

  • Effectively communicate with clients and IRS Representatives

  • Conduct financial analysis of taxpayer’s income, expenses and assets.

  • Manage and prioritize cases depending on complexity.

  • Interact with clients, Tax Professionals, and other departments.

  • Use time management skills to prioritize daily workload.

  • Provide an exceptional customer service experience with every customer facing interaction.

  • Participate in weekly interdepartmental meetings and prepare to report on any customer issues that came up during the week and how they were resolved.

     


Job Skills & Qualifications:



Required:

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 1+ years' experience in an Administrative and/or Customer Service role

  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills (written & verbal) skills

  • A strong multitasker with superior organizational skills

  • Attention to details

  • Strong interpersonal skills

     


Preferred:


  • Ability to resolve conflict and de-escalate tense situations

  • Positive Personality and Friendly disposition

  • Proficient Computer skills

  • Team player with a strong work ethic

  • Self-Motivated, ability to work independently



Salary: $15.00/per hour

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
