What You Would Do
- Follows up with customers by telephone for the purposes of ensuring quality and selling previously unsold proposals.
- Meets or exceeds sales goals.
- Keeps customer files updated, complete, and accurate.
- Performs a variety of administrative tasks to support other departments of the company from time to time including scheduling leads, scheduling annual maintenances, etc.
What We Need for this Role
- 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field preferred
- Demonstrate successful experience in sales, telephone sales, or related field
- Exceptional telephone and interpersonal skills
- Persistence and positivity in making a large number of customer calls each day
- Proficiency in computer applications and the ability to navigate internal software programs
