Position: Accounting Specialist



JOB SUMMARY:

- Monthly closing and manage, Prepare financial reports, analysis of accounts,

- Overall Manager of General Ledger

- Work with outside CPA’s



PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Monthly Closing - Draw up monthly financial reports in a timely manner and report to all the division and headquarters.

- Cooperate with outside CPA’s to resolve information needed for timely and successful quarter ending and year ending audit

- Maintain accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts; defining accounting policies and procedures

- Manager of Accrued expenses, Prepaid accounts, Selling Expenses, Inventory, Account Receivable and Account Payable

- Act as a point of support for the CFO to ensure positive project results.



JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting

- 4+ years accounting experience with International trading company.

- Strong understanding of Accounting Standards and Practices in both country ( USA / Korea)

- Proficiency in computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook). SAP required.

- Excellent math and organizational skills

- Ability to learn, comprehend and apply new concepts quickly
