Premier Business Concepts is looking for full and part-time Customer Services Professionals that want to work from the comfort of their own home, with the ability to set your own schedule! We are currently hiring reliable professionals to provide customer service, technical support, and sales to Fortune 500 companies.
Premier Business Concepts provide quality customer service and staffing to some of the world's top name brands and Fortune 500 companies.
As a Client Support Professional, you'll receive and service inbound customer service calls for Fortune 500 companies. Online training and certification classes will be available through our clients and is required in order to service.
This is the right opportunity for you if you can meet these requirements:
- Speak on the phone and use a computer
- Empathize and be friendly with people you’ve never met
- Use logic and solve problems
- Reside in the United States
- Pass a background check and drug screen
- Have a valid U.S. ID
- Are 18 years old or older
- Work at least 15 hours a week
- Need extra money to supplement your income
- Need a flexible schedule
Your Home Office Requirements:
- Personal Windows-based computer with monitor, speakers and anti-virus software
- Dual boot machines, All-in-one computers, Netbooks, and Tablets are prohibited from use.
- Subscription to high-speed, hard-wired Internet connection
- 2 Headsets: a USB headset for online training and a telephone headset for taking live customer calls.
- Analog landline that meets one of these requirements:
- Plain Old Telephone Service (POTS) – traditional landline phone service using a dedicated copper pair to the home.
- Cable – phone service from a Cable TV service provider
The following states are not eligible: California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, Wisconsin.
