Job Summary

 

The Offices of Raich Law is seeking a licensed associate attorney with a minimum of three to five years of required litigation experience in the Nevada State and Federal Courts. Trial experience is also preferred. Our firm focuses on the business and personal needs of our clients. Transactional and Litigation work. Interested individuals must be able to work with little to no supervision and must be self-starters when it comes to completing and managing tasks. A set salary will depend on an applicant’s previous work experience, and is competitive. Bonus will depend on performance. Benefits are not set, but can be negotiated. We provide great work life balance as well and as a firm believe in managing family time, work time, and self time.

Job Responsibilities

• Draft Motions, Pleadings, Filings


• Conduct Discovery


• Draft Contracts, Agreements, and other Transactional Documents


• Attend court hearings


• Interviewing clients; on boarding clients; case management.


• Design creative ways to market our firm and services to keep clients coming back to us whenever they need legal help.


• Supervise paralegals and/or legal assistants 
  
   

Job Skills & Qualifications



Required

 

• Solid Writing Skills


• Bachelor's degree


• Law degree and Proper Licensing (in any state)


• Proof the bar has been passed or transferred from another state to be able to Practice in NV (or in progress)
