Prepare and review operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency for food service business. Set goals and deadlines for sales and operations. Acquire, properly store ingredients and products. Analyze internal processes and recommend and implement procedural food selling changes to improve operations, including supply changes. Hire, discipline and teach procedures to staff.

A Bachelors Degree in Business Administration
Alternate Requirement: a BS Degree in Hospitality Management, IT Management, Health Care Management or other management field
