Job Duties: Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs. Update software or enhance existing software capabilities. Formulate, implement, and evaluate algorithms for platform and application features. Collaborate closely with the AI research team to conduct experiments, focusing on the development and enhancement of generative AI products. Utilize cutting-edge AI technologies and methodologies to improve product capabilities and user experience. Conduct research and deploy AI solutions within a Node.js environment, leveraging AI technologies to build optimal user experiences. Specifically, focus on enhancing tools for Salesforce developers, such as Salesforce's Visual Studio Code ext ensions, using AI to streamline and improve their development process. Engage in prompt engineering to create and refine effective prompts that maximize the performance of generative AI models. Develop strategies to evaluate and improve the quality of AI-generated context, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Work closely with Quality Engineering, Product Management, and Technical Operations to develop, test, and deploy highly useful, high quality software Analyze, design and develop test cases and implement automated test suites Resolve complex technical issues and drive innovation that improves salesforce.com. ˆHQ address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in San Francisco: 350 Mission Street, 415 Mission Street, and 50 Fremont Street. Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and five (5) months of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.
A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field)).
