Fully Remote, Part-time or Full-Time Contract Position for South Florida-based Boutique composed of ex-large firm attorneys, leveraging leading legal technology and working in a collaborative and friendly atmosphere.

NOTE: MUST BE FLORIDA-BARRED ATTORNEY, BILINGUAL (ENGLISH & SPANISH)

Role Description:
This is a fully remote, part-time or full-time contract position for an experienced Corporate Counsel, or Partner at highly respected, boutique Florida corporate law firm.

Qualifications

• JD from a Top 50 law school;


• The energy, drive, and desire to work in a busy national and international corporate transactions practice.


• FL bar membership is REQUIRED;


• Candidate will work directly with partners, be supportive of deals, other attorneys and staff in the firm, and have responsibility for direct management of client transactions.


• Minimum of 5 years' experience in international, M&A, private equity, or related transactional law, preferably in an AmLaw 200 firm or other "Big Law" firm(link removed)>
  
• Commercial real estate experience is a plus.


• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
