Job Description: Full-time Licensed Elevator Mechanic

Location: Fort Myers, FL

Family-owned elevator repair, installation, and maintenance company in Fort Myers, Florida seeks licensed Elevator Mechanic with ability to take on a leadership role. Fun, family-oriented non-union company with caring and flexible culture.    

Requirements: - Florida Elevator Mechanics License (Certificate of Competency - CC Card) - At least 4 years experience as Elevator Mechanic and/or Elevator Technician - Service Mechanic expertise - Excellent communication skills - Self-starter - Ability to work independently - Leadership qualities - Growth-minded 

Responsibilities: - Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of elevators and escalators. - Troubleshoot and resolve elevator malfunctions. - Conduct routine inspections and tests. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and codes. - Communicate effectively with clients and team members. - Lead and mentor junior mechanics and technicians. - Stay updated with industry advancements and best practices.
