Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, print) to promote products, increase brand awareness, and drive sales. Manage and curate content for Flying Solo's social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to build brand identity and audience engagement. Collaborate with the PR team to leverage media coverage and influencer partnerships. Assist with email marketing campaigns, crafting engaging copy, and managing subscriber lists. Implement CRM strategies to build and maintain relationships with retail customers, including loyalty programs and personalized marketing efforts Use quantitative data analysis methods to analyze marketing data and metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions. Support with content creation for the Flying Solo website and other marketing materials. Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion marketing trends and industry best practices. Work collaboratively with the design, sales, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive brand experience.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a Social Science field with coursework in Quantitative Data Analysis Methods + 3 years of previous experience as a Marketing Professional.
