Manufacturing Engineer (CNC Design) - Canton, OH - JOB 440-24-00765

Salary Range: $60K - $85K Permanent Position with Benefits.

Canton Manufacturing Company is seeking to hire a Manufacturing Engineer. They will work or train in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with an emphasis on CAD and CNC programming.

Requirements:
• Associates degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology.
• Proficient in CAD (Pro Engineer a plus).
• Knowledge of CNC Programming
• Working knowledge of machine tools (CNC lathes, milling centers, and grinders).
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in an environment with shifting priorities and time-sensitive deadlines.
• Good organizational skills and detail oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Strong analytical and logical skills.

Duties:
• Prepares 2D & 3D drawings and models.
• CNC programming.
• Provides quoting, estimating, costing, and analysis.
• Some purchasing duties.
• Product documentation and revision (materials, labor, subcontracting, specifications).
• Long- and short-term projects.
• ISO auditor.
• Communicates with office and shop floor associates.
• Follow all ISO 9001 procedures and work instructions as they apply to position.
