Job Duties: Define the strategy within and across the company's support network for merchants, customers & delivery people and execute against that strategy with crossfunctional stakeholders. Collaborate with other members of the Delivery support team, including analysts and content managers, to help define and implement the desired service experience in the region.

The total base annual salary range for this position is $101,000 to $124,000.
