• Prepare detailed cost estimates at various project stages, including conceptual, DD, and GMP phases.


• Conduct quantity take-offs and coordinate construction drawings across different disciplines.


• Collaborate with trade partners for pricing, negotiations, and bid preparation.


• Support the development of project budgets and conditions for projects under $5M.


• Utilize historical data to inform project cost estimates.


• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and maintain the cost estimating database.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management or a related field.


• 5-7 years of experience in estimating or cost control, preferably in healthcare, education, and commercial projects.


• Proficient in MS Excel, OST, scheduling software (Microsoft Schedule, Primavera), and experience with DESTINI Estimator is a plus.


• Strong understanding of GMP and lump sum estimates, along with experience in self-performed concrete estimating.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary range: $84,000 - $110,000.
