Responsibilities:

• Payroll
• Financials
• AP and AR
• Months end reconciliation
• New Hire Paperwork
• Coordinating HR duties through our ADP account

Experience:

• Reports, data
• QuickBooks Online
• Payment rec’s
• Receipt tracking and updated/connecting to work QuickBooks
• P&L review (balance sheet and Cash Flows a plus)
• Inventory management a huge plus

Requirements:

• Valid DL
• Clean background
