Urgently Looking for the Sales & BD Manager for locations of Mumbai andAhmedabad.


Experience: 4-7 Years

Package: INR 5-9 LPA

Locations: Mumbai and Ahmedabad

Major Skills:Yarn Export Sales experience at least 4 years


Objective: To expand the trading business in these markets with reputed customers by leveraging the knowledge and global reach of the Company's in textile sourcing and marketing.


Learning Goals: To learn about new products, innovations, processes, practices and systems to be more effective.


Customer Goals: Build up a strong customer base in the assigned market for the products being handled by the company.


Functional (Operational) Goals: Set up systems for monitoring and improvement in own performance and customer interaction. Maintain a log of daily activity.


Team Goals: Hire a 2nd level team and build the required skills and knowledge in specific functions of customer development, product learning and skills development.


Sales & Customer Development:

To prepare a plan for achieving the sales and profitability target.

To identify customers for the products that company offers.

To sell and collect as per the target.

To establish credibility of the customers from various formal and informal sources and assess the limit to which exposure can be taken for each customer.

To continuously keep presenting products and services of the company within the existing customers and new customers.

To keep the companys reputation as a reliable and long-term partner.


Commercials:

To hold all commercial discussion pertaining to sales (or purchase, as the case may be) and logistics arrangements including transportation, warehousing, local and non-local taxation matters.


To keep a track of major international currencies and determine the impact of changes on products and services.


Team Building:

To recruit and train a second line of Sales and QA team that can strengthen the network of customers, develop new products, collect and disseminate market information, provide technical support to the customers and ensure QA for all the products being sourced from the region allocated.


Qualifications:

Should be a textile graduate with post-graduation in management or M. Tech. Experience: At least 10 years in front line marketing of yarns in the market to be assigned.
