Justification: Provide presentations, reports, statistics, metrics, and analysis of services provided by Network Services Receive, process, present data, and information from our weekly Helix datasets which are provided from another I&division.

Previous experience working with multiple agencies and or vendors and or departments in an enterprise environment are

Required Skills:

Minimum 1-3 years experience with PBI, R, IBM SPSS, and or Tableau
Minimum 3-5 years experience with Microsoft Project and Excel
Minimum 3-5 years experience with Remedy Helix
Minimum 3-5 years experience in a large Enterprise setting
Minimum 3-5 years working with multiple network lines of service
Minimum 5+ years dealing with customers

Preferred Skills:

Minimum 3-5 years working within a Telecommunications environment
Minimum 3-5 years work experience with multiple network platforms
Minimum 2-3 years experience with DevOPs
