Reporting to the Head of Immunology and to the Site Head, support the analytical needs of multiple research programs designed to evaluate vaccine and drug candidates. Provide visualization, statistical analysis, data structure and quality support to vaccine projects in the preclinical and clinical stage. Provide expertise in the statistical methods that form the evidential basis of biomedical research for the company's Global Immunology department working on Influenza, RSV and other pathogens. Work with current statistical methods and computational algorithms to perform sequence searches, alignment and analysis. Interact with the company's researchers, biostatisticians and bioinformaticians at various global sites. Represent the Global Immunology function on the Data Governance Committee, providing data management solutions across departments. Provide insights for Real World data text mining, literature, and systematic reviews. Support the development of databases for data structures. Serve as a Key User for a database management system for the function. Serve as a consultant to the Agile Office for effective functioning of teams in the scrum framework at the site. Tackle technical challenges with new and creative thinking and be a pacesetting bioinformatician, both internally and externally.
