Provide business consulting for manufacturing and warehouse operations, collaborating with clients to analyze their processes and propose industry-specific best practices. Develop comprehensive project plans and implement innovative solutions to optimize warehouse operations. Responsible for pre-sales initiatives and delivering informative presentations to client teams. Duties include:

1. Prepare project plan based on SAP’s ASAP methodology, comprised of Project Preparation, Blueprinting, Realization, Go-live, and Support phases;
2. Under the direction of the Solution Architect, host workshops with the client to gather business requirements concerning its warehouse management, specific to SAP EWM modules; translate business requirements into future system solution;
3. Support the Solution Architect to prepare business process design documents (BPDD) for EWM requirements; create business flow diagrams for all warehouse operations by differentiating the business scenario with SAP’s best practices;
4. Analyze and identify the gaps in the processes and propose solutions based on the approved BPD documents in the client’s SAP EWM system to full fill the requirements;
5. Build the client’s system for its Inbound, Outbound, and Manufacturing processes based on tasks assigned by the Solution Architect;
6. Prepare functional specifications for custom objects in scope as part of the fit-gap analysis;
7. Prepare test scripts for end-to-end business processes to be deployed using SAP EWM solution at the client’s warehouses;
8. Prepare user training documents and help them to run through the process in SAP using mobile device screens and Fiori user interface applications;
9. Provide support on various SAP cross functional modules to support the business during go-live phase;
10. Provide support to execute the new warehouse processes in the client’s warehouse floor; assist on RF gun transactions as part of hyper-care support; help stabilize the EWM processes; resolve issues after the new SAP solution has gone live;
11. Create SAP EWM training materials to train the junior resources and run end-to-end SAP EWM standard processes in the organization’s training system as part of training initiatives.

May telecommute from any US location.

Requires 80% travel to unanticipated client sites for SAP implementation.

JOB OPPORTUNITY QUALIFIES FOR EMPLOYEE INCENTIVE REFERRAL PROGRAM.
All requirements: A Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field followed by 5 years of post-baccalaureate experience in a computer systems analysis or software engineering analysis-related occupation.

Experience must include the following, which may have been gained concurrently:

1) 4 years of SAP EWM experience involving setting up Inbound, Outbound, and Internal warehouse processes;
2) 3 years of S/4 experience with SAP core modules;
3) 2 years of experience with SAP’s ASAP methodology to implement an SAP project;
4) 2 years of SAP EWM functional design and configuration experience in the organization’s competency development;
5) 2 years of experience with a Radio Frequency (RF) framework;
6) Must have completed at least one full life cycle implementations on the SAP project.
