Palmetto Solar LLC seeks a Salesforce Technical Lead in Charlotte NC.

Salesforce Technical Lead will lead the Salesforce team to deliver solutions for CRM efforts using Salesforce using technical expertise in Salesforce architecture, development, and administration. Technical Lead will work closely with the business, guiding daily operations of the team through the Agile process and Scrum methodology. Will lead the development and release of Salesforce systems, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. Will coordinate with outsourced teams working on the Salesforce system. Will collaborate closely with business system analysts and stakeholders to validate and identify new customer requirements. Will create documentation, proofs-of-concept, and prototypes for Salesforce solutions. Will map out and align solutions with the technology roadmap to ensure they are in line with strategic objectives. Will identify common objectives among different initiatives and integrate them into a unified vision.

Requires a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management and 24 months of experience in Salesforce Administration. Requires Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform Developer I, and Service Cloud Consultant Certifications.
