What Youll Do:

Conduct engaging functional behavior assessments to understand the unique needs of each client.
Create and implement personalized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) that inspire positive change.
Mentor and support our fantastic team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Regularly analyze data to celebrate client progress and fine-tune interventions as needed.
Partner with families and caregivers, providing guidance and support to promote consistency at home.
Keep accurate and thoughtful documentation in line with ethical standards.
Stay updated with the latest research to continually enhance your practice.
What Were Looking For:

Current BCBA certification and a masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges.
A knack for problem-solving and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with clients and families.
Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage your own caseload effectively.
Experience with telehealth tools and digital data collection is a plus!
