What Youll Do:

Conduct engaging functional behavior assessments to understand the unique needs of each client.
Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) that promote meaningful progress.
Mentor and support our fantastic team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Regularly analyze data to celebrate client progress and make adjustments to interventions as needed.
Collaborate with families and caregivers, offering guidance and support to foster consistency at home.
Maintain accurate and thoughtful documentation in line with ethical standards.
Stay up-to-date with the latest research to enhance your practice and our services.
What Were Looking For:

Current BCBA certification and a masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges.
A knack for problem-solving and a warm, approachable demeanor.
Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with clients and families.
Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to effectively manage your caseload.
Familiarity with telehealth tools and digital data collection is a plus!
