Job Title: SAP MM Consultant

Location: Remote with minimal travel to Houston, TX
Duration: Until End of the year + 1-2 years contract extension
Pay range: $65/hour W2

Job Description:
Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP MM and Inventory Management
Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements
Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs
Design, customize, configure, and testing of MM
Identify gaps, and issues and work around solutions.
Act as liaison with clients for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.
Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high-priority issues;
Document functional designs, test cases, and results.
Proactively identify and propose business process and system enhancements
Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members

Requirements:
5+ years' experience in SAP MM and Inventory Management
Must be Material Management (Module inside of SAP) focused. A generic SAP or a SAP expert in a different area won't work.
It's a big plus if they lead an MM workstream (but need to get their hands dirty). AKA needs to be a true SME in MM, but not so senior that they can't do work.
US / North America Based. The client is in Houston (Central Time Zone), but the job can be remote and/or limited travel to the Houston area
