Develop bid documents required; level the returns to bid documents; develop ongoing estimates and value engineering exercises; review invoices and recommend payment as appropriate. Attend on site requisition meetings to review the value of construction work completed; review final construction requisitions and recommend payment as appropriate. Review all requested change orders, evaluate and make recommendations; including negotiation as required to agree a true value for the change. Finalize all the accounts and costs for the project; and develop monthly cost reports. May telecommute.
